Supper made in 5 minutes!
How? Meal Prep is key!
Salmon = cooked on Sunday
Green beans = blanched on Sunday
Swiss Chard = chopped on Sunday
Sauce = made on Sunday
When I got home tonight: 👉Turned on the broiler
👉Put a sauteed pan on the stove
Tomatoes = drizzled with olive oil and herbs. At broil for 3-4 minutes.
Greens = quickly sauteed while the tomatoes are in the oven.
Take the tomatoes out and add them to the greens,
Warm up your salmon (pan or micro-wave), Take the sauce out the fridge.
Serve and enjoy!
